My evolution as an educator is the effect of various influences on my pedagogy, transforming me into the teacher I am today. This image that is Abraham Lincoln and Barack Obama merged as one, seemed like an excellent symbol of the convergence of this knowledge. I took this photo at a back to school social function at the Reading Museum in Reading, PA.

I had the extreme luck of being able to combine several facets of teaching and learning in this module. First, I attended a conference in October 2018 on Family Engagement. I represented my children's school as a parent and my school as a teacher. I was able to use this course to help me design an effective presentation/lesson to impart that knowledge to my coworkers.
